Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

Any cancellation, no-show, deposit, or card-on-file policy communicated during booking will apply to that appointment.

Client Responsibilities

SMS and Text Message Terms

Program name: Nexx Faze Salon Appointment and Client Care Text Messages.

Consent: By opting in to Nexx Faze Salon appointment messaging, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our in-salon client intake form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.

Messages: Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and post-visit follow-up instructions.

Frequency and fees: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
